Experience:
He previously worked for Polypipe Group (now Genuit Group) where he was Group Information Services Director for 15 years. Immediately prior to this, Mike was Head of Information Services for William Grant & Sons and he has also held positions with Ascent Technology and APV Baker.

Vicky joined Eurocell in May 2024.
Experience:
She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and an experienced Chartered Secretary. She previously held the role of Group Company Secretary at ITM Power plc and Fintel plc. Vicky also draws from a broad career including senior roles in risk assurance, legal services, and operations.

Joy joined Eurocell in 2024.
Experience:
She has a background in mechanical engineering and a career that spans consulting, factory management, and business transformation, previously holding senior roles at JeldWen, Eaton, Industry Forum, and Dunlop Aircraft Tyres.

Gary joined Eurocell in 2007.
Experience:
Drawing from over 30 years’ experience within the Plastics and Fenestration sector, Gary has held roles in Business Development, was a Divisional Director in our Branch Network, and now leads the Profile Division as the Sales and Commercial Director.

Phil joined the Eurocell in August 2026.
Experience:
Phil returned to Eurocell having previously spent 11 years with the business between 2003 to 2014. He has amassed nearly 30 years of industry knowledge having previously held senior technical leadership roles for Epwin Group, Garnalex & Synseal.

Sue joined Eurocell in 2020.
Experience:
With a long-standing career of over 25 years’ in various senior roles within HR, Sue brings an extensive background of strategic HR leadership, organisational development, and change management from her previous roles within Retail and Facilities Management.

Tracy Joined in 2025.
Experience:
Tracy has more than 20 years’ experience leading business transformation and technology change. She has held senior roles at Evora Global, Schroders, AEW Europe, and NHS Property Services. She has particular expertise in operating model design, portfolio and investment governance, and integrating businesses after acquisition, including private equity-backed businesses.
